We have been coming to Sofitel St James for several years now and it remains one of our favorite Accor properties for location, service and overall product quality. The staff made our birthday weekend special which is always a nice touch. My only complain ie that it is hard to get upgrades at this hotel even as an Accor high tier loyalty member but we mitigate they by booking a suite or more spacious room to start with. That said, an occasional upgrade that does occur every so often can go a long way in terms of making guests feel special. We had an upgrade to higher tier suite during our last stay in May and it was awesome. Anyway, we hope to keep returning to the property despite new Accor and Hyatt properties popping up in London including Raffles and Park Hyatt, where we are also Hyatt Globalists.

As always a great stay and a welcomed upgrade which was highly appreciated.I was an Intercontinental Platinum Ambassador but now have moved to Accor Group as they have a wide range of world wide hotels Some clerical errors with the bill but was sorted with limited issues.Great front of house staff and house keeping very good attention to needs as alwaysFood quality excellent breakfast being a highlightSee you again soon
