Experiencing it is even better than describing it to yourself... Don't hesitate! You won't find more authentic and passionate than the one and only Mika. The landscapes are sublime from up there, the route passes through the small village of Renno, among animals, on the mountainside...Mika offers several stops to soak up and discover the valleys and Gulfs around. And before going back down, a short hike on foot for the last few meters to reach the highest point of the activity. You won't come back as clean as you started, but you'll be amazed. Thanks again Mika and long life to Quad Évasion 😉 from the 4 Lyonnais from the July 19 9 a.m. session.(Original)Nous avons fait presque 2h de route depuis Propriano, pour cette rando que des amis avaient fait 4ans plus tôt... On the way up we were accompanied by a little mist adding a mysterious side to the place. The buildings cannot be visited, but do not hesitate to climb the rocky promontory upstream, which offered us a superb view after the mist lifted. The descent (rather stony) does not represent any particular difficulty after having made the climb which requires good shoes and sufficient water. The circuit is mostly in full sun but offers opportunities to take breaks in the shade.Note: it is possible to show Lumio from the Ghjorghju stop of the Balagne little train. We then launched a route map to the start of the hike, avoiding the territorial route thanks to a small path in the shade. (1h environ)

Parks
Parc of Saleccia is a charming park in the Balagne area, offering a delightful experience for visitors. The park features a meandering pathway with informative boards and shady spots for relaxation. At the highest point, there's an amphitheater made of local rocks providing stunning views of the deep blue sea and white-capped waves. The park is well-maintained with lovely seating areas and a playground for children.
Lovely walk around the gardens, lots of information signs and plenty to look at. There is a small kids play area, mainly aimed at younger children but my 4 year old enjoyed it. Lots of bikes, scooters, small slide and play houses. Very friendly staff. We had a really good lunch in the restaurant, it was busy on a weekday in June though and service quite slow.

Such a beautiful place. We loved everything about it, the people were very friendly, spoke English. The restaurant is only serving till 2pm, do be advised. They have cool drink and ice cream to cool down. The park isn’t too big, so it’s perfect for smaller children and in hot weather. There’s a huge playground, loads of space for kids to run around. Pretty seating areas in shaded spots. It’s very well maintained. I loved the gift store, it’s very cute. For the biggest impact, visit in spring or early summer.

Sie nehmen Änderungswünsche also ernst. Zudem findet man Unmengen von Eidechsen, was unsere Kinder begeistert hat.(Translated by Google)The afternoon is pleasant even in August because almost the entire circular route is shaded by tall trees. The playground for children has many small play equipment for bouncing and riding. There are fantastic organic popsicles produced in Corsica. In general, you can find a lot of organic things here, such as fantastic clementine lemonade and also lots of great jams in the shop. The shop also has wooden toys and beautiful, sustainable souvenirs. The signage is now also in German, which was negatively commented on here years ago. So you take requests for changes seriously. We received a very warm welcome. There is a search game for the children with a reward at the end. Many parts of the park seem fairytale-like, enchanted. Smaller paths are like hidden corridors for the children. There are also tons of lizards, which thrilled our children.

Set in the hills near to the Île Rousse in the north of Corsica, this parkland is well worth a visit. The gardens are well maintained snd there are information panels too. As we visited in October there were not too many flowers to see, but the general planting and borders would look lovely in Spring and summer. If you have time, have lunch at the café - the food is all from local producers and very tasty. We had an amazing croque Monsieur and a mixed dishes of local Corsican meats and cheese - lovely! The cats are very friendly too!

Beautiful. A bit repetitive in the plant life but we'll sculpted and designed. The wire sculptures are a delight. An excellent playground for the children. Overall very nice but they need to add a lot more plant diversity and more water areas to attract insect, bird, and animal life.

Lovely park with lots of different plants and themes. Nice change instead of visiting the beach. I loved the four colored plant circle where I could sit and enjoy the bris underneath the beautiful tree. The moment and the view made a memorable evening experience.

Beautiful place, worth the detour and impeccably maintained. A story of how people want and can block the destruction of nature and make an amazing park which has all kinds of "macchia mediterranea" from all over the Mediterranean sea. Very informative (and long) walk in the park, nice little souvenir store and very nice staff. An experience for all ages to enjoy.

Wir gehen bestimmt noch einmal hin.(Translated by Google)Very nice park with Mediterranean plants, also very nice with children, several playgrounds available. This park is a place to visit if you are in the Balagne area, especially in a day in with the weather is not too hot.I loved this place because of the variety and the quantity of threes and plants, well notified by their names. You can visit the parc through many paths, shorter or longer. The normal one, with many stops and a relaxed walk, will take you 2 hours. Our 2 yo baby was able to do that by walking all the time.In addition, within the park you will find many statues made of iron representing animals and fairies.Within the park it's present also a very nice restaurant, with affordable prizes, that by rule use only local product for its dishes. We tried it and we really enjoyed the meal, with specific dishes for kids.

Lovely to find this parc. We visited in September, knowing the long hot summer would offer us only the hardiest flowers and greenery. A meandering pathway with many information boards and opportunities for shady repose is sympathetic to any explorer with a mind to learn. At the pinnacle of the parc you can find a kind of amphi theatre made from local rocks where you can admire from afar the deepest blue sea confettied with white waters whipped by the Corsican winds. If your tour leaves you hungry there is al fresco eating which provides colourful plates of loacal veg' and Corsican cheeses. Don't miss out on the Cafe gourmand dessert. A September visit left me inspired to return in all seasons.

Plage de Lozari, a popular destination for water sports enthusiasts, is a beautiful half-moon shaped beach located near LIle Rousse. It offers a stunning view of the mountains as its backdrop and provides free parking with some shaded areas. While there are only a few water sports available and no other facilities, visitors can bring their own picnic and drinks to enjoy. The crystal-clear water is perfect for swimming but caution is advised due to the quick shelving.

Gorges de la Restonica is a stunning natural wonder located in the heart of Corsica, carved by the untamed Restonica River. Spectacular view over the area. It is a must to do here.It is easy to reach if you are not really unfit. There is also more "vertical" way to access it from the valley on the other site of the citadel not from the centre. There are also s few cafes and restaurants around, so you can relax after the "hike".

The Desert des Agriates is the only desert in Europe, characterized by a dry and bushy terrain. It offers an attractive coastal footpath as well as several beautiful beaches such as Loto Beach and Saleccia Beach. Visitors can also engage in hiking activities within this picturesque landscape. The commune of Saint-Florent provides a stunning backdrop to enjoy freshly caught seafood while watching the sunset on the final day of your visit to Corsica.

Plage de Saleccia, located on the northern coast of Corsica, is often hailed as one of the most picturesque beaches in Europe. With its white sand, turquoise waters, and lush vegetation, it's no wonder this idyllic spot was chosen as a filming location for The Longest Day in 1962. Accessible by boat taxi from St. Florent or a scenic drive from Casta, this half-mile stretch of undeveloped coastline offers a serene escape.

We took the taxi boat from Saint Florent (price around €30 per person) with a stay of 4.5 hours. Individual (quiet) cows rounded off the unique experience. However, it is particularly recommended to bring an umbrella and actually take a day with sunshine only then will the colors really become visible!

We drove there with our VW T6 front-wheel drive. There was a sign with “new route”, which is what we drove. First of all: This is doable. You don't necessarily need all-wheel drive, but ONLY if the route is dry! I wouldn't do it again though. It's an absolutely bumpy affair, lots of stones, dust, grooves, massive bumps, etc. It took us about 40 minutes just to get there because we couldn't drive any faster. It was extremely adventurous and also cost a few nerves. The water point is NOT dry, but you can drive through it, and it is by no means the worst part of the route. However, I felt very sorry for my car. It's super bad for the shock absorbers and certainly not great for the rest like tires etc. I would therefore advise against going there yourself. There are appropriate vehicles such as quads and buggies available to rent, which certainly make it a lot more fun. It's no problem with an off-road vehicle; shuttles are also offered on site. If my poor car hadn't suffered so much, we would have had more fun :-)If you have a lowered car: don't even try! No way, you're tearing everything away from each other. You MUST have enough ground clearance, even with a normal car I would absolutely advise against driving the route, otherwise you will definitely regret it for your car.The beach: Of course super beautiful. “Wild” cows, great turquoise water, a few algae, but a long beach with lots of space. Bring a parasol, there are no shaded areas on the beach. Definitely worth a trip, but only with a suitable vehicle or boat.

Fantastic beach. I like the way to get there. There is no road. But with a motorcycle or a 4x4 car you can get there. The beach is very clean. The sand is fine but not more fine than on the other side like at Bastia. You can be shure that everyone on this beach has made a special effort to come here. There are sometime cows on thr beach. This beach is extraordinary special and located very nice. The scenery is just great. Clear water and white sand makes you feel like in the Caribbean. During the main season it's often crowded, but still worth a visit. You can go by 4 wheel drive from Casta or by boat from St. Florent. Or by your own car, and without 4 wheel drive it will take some hours to do down the earth road. Close to the beach there's the famous camping site and on the other end of the beach a very nice beach restaurant hidden in the pines. Definitely with a visit.

I give you as good description I can. Because I searched in advance before visiting Saleccia and didn’t get the whole picture. First. This is a beach worth traveling to. One of the top 10 in Europe if you search for unique places. This is natural. Beside Chia in Sardinia this is magic. For me. St. Florent is the nearest city. You will find at least 3 providers of transport by boat there. It cost you 30 euro in a rib. Easy 10 min. You can choose in and out times in advance if you are early or there the day before. From 09. Saleccia gives you about a kilometer of the finest sand with no gras or other. At the south end we found Rosa or pink if you want, sand. You walk easy out in the water. Slowly it gets deeper. So nice. We saw 4 private boats when we where there on a Wednesday in September. We walked 50 minutes to Lotu beach along the coast and returned from there. Wearing just sandals. Nice walk. Lotu is smaller and ok but we found Saleccia more perfect for us. You can also reach it by car. If you have a decent 4x4 just do it. They say 45 minutes. From the road up on St Florent mountain. You find it. There are many providers of transport in that area. 30 min from the city. So you need to add that for the 45 min if you stay in St. F. I don’t know the price for 4x4 transport.

Sehr empfehlenswerr eine Wucht!(Translated by Google)The first part of the approach route is quite curvy (kids/dogs are not happy), the second part is sandy, rocky, often a bit rough but easy to drive on when dry. 4x4 is an advantage, enough ground clearance too. If it rained I would be more skeptical.Empty out of season, few hikers or distant people. Water depth is shallow (where we were), fine white sandy beach. Highly recommended, a stunner!

We were able to visit this old "Citadel" in the busy tourist beach town of Saint-Florent, Corsica, France, yesterday with our grandson. We were delighted to discover a free parking area near the ancient fortress and actually there happened to be another free parking area even closer to the castle above our spot. There are remnants of the ramparts which are easily accessible by foot. The views of the town of Saint-Florent are quite stunning from up here and make for some gorgeous photos. It was just a mere pittance one paid to enter the castle which was built in the 15th century or 1439. As luck would have it there was an interesting Corsican art exhibition on the top floor along with detailed descriptions of construction of this amazing fort. We highly recommend you make this one of your stops before or after you partake of the many water sports down below the "Citadelle." Thanks so much "Citadel" of Saint-Florent as you really impressed us Floridians from the U.S. of A.

The citadel is perhaps the only authentic monument of Saint Florent, because even if there is nothing to visit, it is well maintained, and in May, despite an already significant number of tourists, we can take beautiful Pictures.I was very disappointed with this city which could be any port on the French Riviera, everything there is dedicated to mass tourism and the port is not even beautiful. Outdoor Activities
Located in the captivating village of Nonza, amidst lush oak, pine, and chestnut forests, Plage de Nonza is an essential sight to behold in Corsica. With its picturesque sloping alleys and the awe-inspiring Paoline tower reaching towards the sky, this beach is a must-visit destination for any traveler exploring Corsica. The stunning backdrop of the Bavella mounts further enhances its charm.
Very beautiful and unique beach. Worth a detour.

ça vaut largement le détour tout en faisant une halte au village classé de Nonza pour une pause fraîcheur.(Translated by Google)Superb, uncrowded and very beautiful beach with its black pebbles... it's well worth the detour while stopping at the listed village of Nonza for a refreshing break.

Amazing beach with amazing colours. What is truly special about this place is the black rocks on the beach. Not very frequented as people think it's dangerous for health ( there was a asbestos mine in the area). Personally when we went in July we didn't see anybody on the beach. It is very easy to see it from the village of Nonza which is definitely worth a visit.

😅(Translated by Google)If by chance you had the idea to travel the coast along the sea to the top of the Corsican cape. Let yourself be carried away by a stop at Nonza beach. It’s an unusual place. Its black and green pebble beach will make you experience a rare moment, almost like a getaway alone on the beach. The sea is plunging, leaving you with the abyss as far as the eye can see (bring yourself with glasses). At the top overlooks the village with a magnificent church and charming streets. Be patient to find a parking space. 😅

The best beach on the north coast of Corsica, to my opinion. Not crowded, vast and clean, with small greenish black pebbles, surrounded with green hills. We asked locals about asbestos issues there, and they told us it was all a myth and it was perfectly safe to swim there (also, there were no any warning signs at the beach). There’s a small car park on the north side of the beach with a rugged natural path to the sea (not push chair friendly).

Great beach, one of the most interesting in North. Even though I visited it in August, there were no so many people and it's quite rare if you consider it was the 14th (so the busiest day of the year!). No sand but very small green/dark stones. Please remind you could reach the beach only after 15 min walking and you can't park in the near proximity.. It's not difficult at all but you must consider it. Please also keep in mind there are no facilities there.Overall, the beach it's fantastic and worth the visit

Quelques ruines sur le chemin et sur la plage.(Translated by Google)Magnificent beach seen from the VillageView point at the level of the tower even more incredible because there is a view on each side and of the superb village of Nonza.Path to go down to the beach by stairs and very pleasant dirt path, in 15 minutes and the way back up is done quietly in 20 minutes. Some ruins on the path and on the beach.

The village above is definitely worth a stop for the totally stunning view and to visit the interesting church. But better not sit on the beach or get in the water (it's a long way down anyway), you can see it's clouded with dust from a disused asbestos mine at the northern end.

En règle générale, elle est extrêmement peu fréquentée, même en pleine saison.(Translated by Google)Pretty beach for the view and the panorama. On the other hand, it's not sand so it's not very pleasant to sit there. It's big and there's plenty of room. As a general rule, it is extremely uncrowded, even in peak season.

Great beach with thick dark grey sand/tiny stones. The sea becomes really deep suddenly. It seems like the cost was modified in order to have a human height depth. You need to do a long winding road in order to arrive to the beach.
Engin E — Google review
Awesome beach, unique with its black rock coverage. Some places the decent into the watet can be steep, but no big deal. Attitional bonus that there are rocks far out, så you dont need to worry about dragging sand everywhere. Also, on sunny days the rocks get super hot, highly reccomend shoes you can bathein or that can stand the water.

Stunning beach of black rocks. Very few people. We walkyd down from the village which is a STEEP hill (be ready for the way back up)However, there is apparently a car park further out, if you drive an extra 2km, and then it's a shorter and easier walk to the beach.

Additionally, it's a great spot to grab some delicious crepes while taking in the beautiful scenery.

Traumblick rund um das Cap Corse. Kurzer Aufstieg vom Parkplatz. Short climb from the parking lot. Given the remains, it is probably a popular place for goats. ;-) That's nature! To be fair, I have to say that the tour around the Cap is a must for everyone who is on vacation in Balagne or the region around Bastia, but it is also really long and strenuous. If you can do without this great photo opportunity, the last windmill in Corsica, and the wonderful view, you should perhaps look for a destination that is not so difficult to reach. I would take it upon myself again.

Logistik deutlich besser als Grimaldi oder Ichnusa.(Translated by Google)The trip from Bastia to Nice was overnight on the Mega Smeralda, which was already getting a little old. Processing at the port is good - it's not really worth getting there much earlier than the time stated on the booking (usually 1 hour before departure): the toilets in the car waiting area are not the highlight! Points are deducted because the journey to Toulon was changed within 24 hours before departure and then back to the original destination of Nice - but with a faster arrival time. Probably because of the weather conditions, because we had winds of up to 7 that night and were happy to have booked a larger cabin, otherwise we would have fallen out of the bunk beds :-/ - there was compensation for this in the form of meal vouchers from the shipping company, which they sent quickly Had to redeem it to get the canteen's "highlights": hot queues at the buffet - but everything worked out quite well! Logistics significantly better than Grimaldi or Ichnusa.

I was looking forward to our six and a half hour journey from Bastia to Nice on Corsica Ferries, but I must admit it turned out to be a terrible experience. The staff were extremely unhelpful and miserable. It was as if they were being made to work and didn't want to. Their attitude was abysmal. The food, which I expect to be expensive on a ferry, truly was expensive with a 500ml bottle of still water costing €2.90. The music on the sundeck was far too loud and someone somewhere kept flicking from track to track part way through a song. The dreadful music is not necessary in this day and age where passengers can choose to listen to what they like on their smartphones. All in all I'm glad I won't be travelling with Corsica ferries ever again.

My suggestions for improvement: The staff on the Livorno ferry could definitely be friendlier. A more polite manner and greater willingness to assist would significantly enhance the travel experience. The ferry seems to be in an outdated condition and requires renovation. New carpets, chairs, and overall modern furnishings would uplift the onboard ambiance. If dogs are allowed on board, appropriate facilities should be provided for them. Artificial grass and clean disposal options for dog waste would be a welcome improvement. The conditions of the onboard sanitary facilities are unacceptable. Cleanliness and hygiene should be top priorities and urgently improved. Surveys should inquire about the status of the pool if it is actually in operation. The information should be current and relevant. The website is also in need of improvement to better inform customers about the services and the condition of the ferry. The Wi-Fi code didn't work, which was a frustrating experience. Likewise, the booked Express Boarding did not function as expected. My opinion on the crossing: Overall, my experience on this ferry was disappointing. The staff's rudeness, the poor condition of the facilities, non-functional Wi-Fi, and the disappointing Express Boarding all marred the experience. The cabins were acceptable, and I appreciate the honesty of the staff when my wallet was found in one of the cabins. Boarding in Bastia went smoothly, and the staff there were more polite. Nevertheless, there is an urgent need for improvements on this ferry to justify the high prices. The information on the website should be updated to better inform future passengers and avoid disappointments.

I am writing this on the ferry between Livorno and Sardinia.First, the boat is fantastic. Loading our car was fast and efficient. Our cabin was large and very nice. We are traveling with our infant daughter, and everyone was very accommodating. One thing I wish I knew was that you can board the overnight ferry early. We got to the port about two hours in advance, and many families were already on board getting their kids settled. The ferry exceeded our expectations. But wait, it gets better. That was all before our rental car wouldn’t start when we arrived in Sardinia. When it was time to disembark, our key wouldn’t work and the alarm kept going off. The crew was incredibly helpful. They tried to tow the car off of the ferry. When it was clear we wouldn’t have been able to get the car off of the ferry, they were incredibly gracious and took wonderful care of us.They brought us to the bridge and gave us water and coffee. They set us up with a new cabin so that we could put the baby down. Everyone went out of their way to take care of us.Patrizia made arrangements for lunch, WiFi, and our return to Sardinia. The captain, Mario Biglietto, and Simone Daddi, on his crew, personally helped us with our car, spoke to roadside assistance, and helped us get support from the rental car company in Livorno. The crew on this ship are incredible, and we are so grateful to be traveling with them. They’ve made a stressful situation much better. We will definitely use Corsica Ferries again. This is the best service we’ve had on this trip.Thank you, Patrizia, Mario, Simone, and everyone on the crew for being so helpful and welcoming.

Unfortunately not recommended at all. Loading and unloading the ferry is a disaster, the staff does not seem to care, they in an extreme hurry and have the cars park so close to each other that only on one door of the car you can get out of the vehicle. During unloading there are barely any staff coordinating, backing with the cars inside the ship is an absolute catastrophe! More than 30 mins before reaching the destination they send everyone out of the restaurants/sitting area (in a very rude manner “get out!”), and make you wait in the corridors/staircases in extreme heat without having any fresh air or even air at all. The ship is also super old, the restrooms are dirty, and everything is overpriced on board. If you have another way crossing between Italy and Corsica, choose that and not Corsica Feeries.

Expect no more and I wish you the best.We had a 1-hour departure delay that turned into 2 (we were notified the morning of departure, that was ok), then ended up being 5 as we waited on the parking lot. And that was just the delay of departure. Upon arrival, there was another hour+ of delay for whatever reason. When the doors finally opened to get to the cars, the required vouchers for reimbursement magically went missing until there were just a handful of people left waiting. Great enthusiastic announcement over the PA system (also the first one on all this)! As we by then had a sleeping toddler and were in no rush (we stopped caring), we were among the last so we actually have the voucher. Don't expect any response when you try to get reimbursed, though. Their info on the website is total B#, there's no followup whatsoever (which is against the law, but hey..), they just don't respond and believe me, we've tried, in many different ways. A bad product is one thing, but a bad customer service is another. No second chance from us, nor any of our friends. the worst travel experience of my life, by a lot.

We are sitting in our car since 7:30 and wait for boarding. The Ferry should start at 8:30 (now) and no information on any delay!!! From the experience of our ferry from livorno to bastia we will be at least 1h late, where you should at least have the decency to inform your customers about the delay!!!

Today I was supposed to go from Bastia to livorno at 15 pm. Yesterday I got a text message that the ferry I booked a few months ago is not available and I have to choose another one. I chose one at 17 pm. When I was already stuck in Bastia port I got a text message that the ferry is going to be 2 hours late. Now I'm stuck in the port without shade, without food or drinks and it's not possible to leave. Not travelling with this company again!!!

Good transfer from Bastia to Livorno. We had to get out of our cabins 30min early. Personal was mildly unfriendly. Otherwise wonderful journey.

2 types of boats. It gets the job done but 1 boat is pretty old and dirty, other one is bit more modern and cleaner. Ship is run by Italian people, and they run it like it's their own monarchy, with the passenger as lowest "rank". The boat had some delay and we had to get out of the cabins so they can start "cleaning" it. But the garage-deck wasn't open yet, so the hallway got more and more stacked and hotter and hotter and the crew was kinda shouting with the typical "italian" handsignals, not the best experience.

Alles in allem war die Überfahrt angenehm, die Mitarbeiter freundlich.(Translated by Google)We drove the motorhome from Livorno to Bastia, a 4.5 hour drive. Relatively expensive now in high season. Start was sharp at 2:30 p.m. You should be there about 1 hour before the start, actual boarding started at 2 p.m. The ferry had 8 decks with a shop and 2 restaurants, one of which was closed. Indoor temperature air-conditioned. You can also book cabins for night trips. Seats were difficult to get without a reservation, most were on the floor or outside the ship. All in all, the crossing was pleasant and the staff were friendly.
I. J — Google review
When we boarded, we had to wait a long time until we got on the ship at the last minute. The staff seemed completely haphazard. The whole deck smelt of diesel and there were many damaged chairs. Everything vibrated and made a lot of noise, the stay was terrible and the ship looked very run down. The dog toilet was a disgrace. When we left the ship we were only allowed to our vehicles very late for some unknown reason, the gates were already open and when we entered the lower deck cars were already driving towards us. There was no question of safety. Then our vehicle was unfriendly escorted out by incompetent staff without really keeping an eye on the vehicles already travelling. The only positive aspect we can mention is that we were able to cross the sea at all.Oh yes, I almost forgot to mention that the staff attach advertising stickers to the vehicles without being asked, which are sometimes difficult to remove without leaving adhesive residue.

Für uns nicht wieder.(Translated by Google)Hotel has the "charm" of a mediocre American motel. San Paulu - Bateau de Promenades en Mer offers a delightful 2-hour boat excursion departing from the port of Macinaggio in Cap Corse. The cruise provides commentary and a chance to explore the marine park of Cap Corse. Passengers have enjoyed encounters with birds, dolphins, and even swimming in the open sea. While some wished for multilingual commentary, others found the crew friendly and knowledgeable.
Amazing experience! The boat arrived on time and took us to Macinaggio in just 45 minutes. The boat is spacious and also the crew is super. Would totally recommend, especially if you need to go back after the sentier de douaniers.

We booked two tickets 48 hours before to have a transfer back to our car. On Monday we walked from Macinaggio to Barcaggio and were waiting for the boat but it didn't come. The woman from the hotline told us that there is no ferry today and that we should have been informed about that. She told us to get back per taxi and gave us a number.- we did not get a sms or email about the annulation of the transfer- we had to pay 50€ for the taxi transfer and did not get a refund for itVery bad experience.

One of my favorite beaches. The water is beautiful and you can observe a very dense sea life. We got to see so many creatures. The main beach nevertheless gets quite crowded So I highly recommend d simply walking a couple of minutes and find a nice little place to stop.
Emma B — Google review
After the recent storm on July 15, the beach turned into a very unpleasant place with LOTS of algae that noone is cleaning or moving to the side. Meters of algae along all beach line which is stuck into heavy smelly piles with dead medusa. You will have to walk through this mess for 5-7 meters before entering clear water and often you get stuck. We couldn’t stay and left. It’s such a disappointment. We have been coming to this beach every year since 2016.

The beach is good to have a drink but it's not ideal for swimming. There is a lot of seaweed in the water.

Robert R — Google review
The beach is really dirty. There's dead seaweed all over the beach (which is a mix of pebbly and sandy) and then there's seaweed in the water. Once you get past it it's quite nice. The water gets deep gradually and the waves are quite large but it's not the nicest beach I've been to

Pretty rough road up the last kilometres, so be carefull! Other than that a good beach with plenty of room. Tho the storm has washed up alot of algea that is not cleaned, and no obviois possibility for showering makes it troublesome.

The rental is located under a pavilion tent directly on the beach. The appearance initially put me off. Basically very good wheels, but absolutely unmaintained. The Kapoho I borrowed, which was only 2 months old, had play in the steering head, the brake pads were so worn down that the expansion plate was bent and I had to remove it to continue driving, a crank arm turned out to be loose and the fork could do with a little service done, especially since the bikes are mostly ridden on the signposted sandy routes near the beach. If you check the bike yourself straight away, it will be repaired promptly, so I would rent one there again.

Parc Galea is an intriguing medium-sized museum set in a beautiful garden in Corsica. This unique park offers a captivating concept where visitors can walk through the garden and learn about the history, music, films, and people of Corsica. Despite being primarily in French, non-French speakers can still appreciate parts of the park, although their overall experience may be somewhat limited.

Great medium sized museum, parc, garden. The concept of this parc is interesting; you walk through a garden occupied by all the major plants of Corsica, with rooms filled with facts on the people, its intriguing history, music, films, etc. We enjoyed it very much. It took us 2 h. Even if it was a little rainy. For our two daughters the "nude" foot path was very enjoyable, running, feeling - fun. Most of all i liked the the way this parc stepped away from regular musea, walking in a parc that teases the visitor to look right and left is great.
